Refund, Return & Exchange Policies
Our products are carefully made. We strive for satisfaction with every single order. Unfortunately, refunds, returns and exchanges are NOT and will NOT be accepted under ANY circumstance to include stolen, damaged or lost in transit orders unless we are at fault. Only then will proper action be taken whether it be in the form of a refund or store credit.
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage from occurring to the product while in transit. Despite these precautions that are taken, once the item is out of our hands, Bonnet Babe assumes NO liability or responsibility for what happens afterwards in any capacity. Once your order is placed, your order will be assigned a tracking number that you will be provided with. It is your responsibility as a customer to keep track of your order. We will have access to this tracking number from the moment the order is shipped to the moment it is delivered. If your order is stolen, lost in transit or marked delivered & you dispute the charge with your respective financial institution, all necessary evidence will be provided as well as the Bonnet Babe store policies you signify you are aware of BEFORE purchasing by purchasing.
Shipping & Delays
We are in the holiday season where there will be potential shipping delays due to high volumes of orders. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed depending upon the postal carrier and/or option you select at checkout.
At the time of purchase, correct mailing addresses are verified. If the incorrect or wrong address is input at the time of purchase, Bonnet Babe assumes no liability or responsibility for a refund or to resend the order. If the reshipment of an order is eligible, another shipping fee will be required for a new label as the old one will not be eligible for the new order.
Local Delivery
Local meet-up is reserved for DC, Maryland & Virginia 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘! The delivery distance can be no more than 11 miles from the 22202 zip code. A delivery fee of $5 will be charged. A mutual, safe location will be decided upon for meet-up once order is placed. Please provide a 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐃 𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 at checkout for our reference point as well a phone number & email for us to contact you to set-up. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, your order will be canceled & refunded back to you.
Processing times
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Bonnet Babe is a one-woman team. Weekends, federally recognized holidays & vacation days are NOT included in processing times. Processing times can and will be extended in the event of an influx in orders, back orders or supplier issues to include shipping delays, out of stock materials or supplier back orders.
